Sandra Hoeylaerts

Sandra Hoeylaerts has extensive work experience in human resources and change management. Sandra is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tessenderlo Group since September 2023. Prior to that, they served in the same role at Eurofins from October 2021 to October 2023. Sandra was also the Global Human Resources Business Partner for the Polyurethanes Division at Huntsman Corporation from July 2020 to October 2021. Before that, Sandra held various positions at Huntsman, including Global Talent and Organisation Development Director and Regional HR Business Partner. Sandra started their career as a Change Management Consultant at Capgemini in 1998 and also worked at Ernst & Young consulting and Accenture in similar roles.

Sandra Hoeylaerts earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Vlerick Business School in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering from Belgium Jobs between 1990 and 1995.
