Allison Varner has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Allison started their career as a Social Media Coordinating Intern at the Home Builders Association of Charlotte in July 2013. In August 2013, they also worked as a Social Media and Online Marketing Campaign Intern at Charlotte HomeArama.

In 2014, Allison joined AmWINS Group, where they initially served as a Web Strategist from July 2014 to May 2017. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of Software QA Analyst and worked in that capacity until May 2019.

In August 2019, Allison joined Bank of America as a Quality Assurance Consultant and served in that role until February 2021.

Most recently, Allison joined Tessera Data in March 2021 as a Quality Data Analyst and then moved to the role of Product Operations Specialist in August 2022.
