Becky Lillie

Becky joined Tessera in November 2021 as Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Lillie brings over 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience focusing on the design and execution of talent management strategies and corporate governance structures.

Prior to joining Tessera, Ms. Lillie modernized the Human Resources operations at Alexion Pharmaceuticals as Chief Human Experience Officer, overseeing HR, IT, and Patient Advocacy. She revamped the R&D operating model before driving organizational efficiencies and effectiveness at both AstraZeneca and Pfizer Inc.

Ms. Lillie earned her B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks.
