Brian Daniels

Brian Daniels has extensive experience in the biotechnology and healthcare industries. Brian is currently working as the Senior Director of Business Development at Tessera Therapeutics, where they are involved in pioneering genome engineering technology for treating diseases. Previously, they held the same position at Prime Medicine, Inc. before joining Tessera Therapeutics.

Prior to Prime Medicine, Brian worked at CRISPR Therapeutics as the Director of Strategic Alliances. Brian was responsible for managing collaborations related to genetic target identification and drug discovery for cardiovascular disease.

Before that, Brian had a significant role at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Brian served as the Director of Strategic Alliances and Operations, leading the development of new therapies for cardiovascular disease. Additionally, they held the position of Associate Director in the Cardiovascular Disease Initiative, where they coordinated research efforts in genetics and genomics.

Brian also has experience in program management and business development at Draper Laboratory, where they worked on solutions for healthcare issues using advanced technologies. Brian started their career as a Science and Technology Policy Fellow at AAAS, supporting global disease surveillance efforts by the US government.
