Danielle Xerxes is a Partner at Tessiant since September 2021, contributing to the firm’s innovative approach in management consultancy through a blend of perspectives from industry, recruitment, and consultancy. Prior to Tessiant, Danielle served as Head of Executive Search & Business Development at Badenoch & Clark from May 2014 to September 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the global executive recruitment strategy in the private sector. Earlier career roles at Investigo from June 2010 to May 2014 included positions as Senior Consultant and Consultant, focusing on Strategy and Corporate Development within Financial Services and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT). Danielle holds a degree from the University of Leeds, graduated in 2007.
