Engineering Leader - People Success at Test Double

Christina White has extensive experience in organizational change and portfolio management consulting. Christina began their career in 2012 as an IT Portfolio - Local Process Manager at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC, where they provided governance and monitoring of overall project management and IT quality for projects and programs across the enterprise. In 2017, they moved to General Dynamics Mission Systems as an IT Process Manager - Organizational Change Leader, where they used Organizational Change Management methodology to align IT Leadership for the implementation of Agile. In 2018, they joined Pillar Technology - Accenture as an Executive Consultant - Organizational Change Agent. After a year, they moved to Brightwing as an Agile Transformation - Organizational Change - Portfolio Management Consultant. In 2021, they joined Thoughtworks as an Executive Advisor - Enterprise Strategic Organizational Change Leader, where they developed organizational change strategy and practices for client engagements, modeled the depth and breadth of practice while delivering business value for change, and built the internal organizational change management capability. Currently, they are a People Success Lead at Test Double.

Christina White's education history includes a B.A. from Adrian College in Art & Business (1990-1993), a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2007), an Organizational Change Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (2015), a Cloud Services Manager Certification from CierraTEC (2017), an Agile Scrum Certification (2017), a Change Management Certification from Prosci (2021), and an unspecified certification from Prosci (date unknown). Christina also attended Jonesville Jr. & Sr. High School.
