Justin Searls

Justin Searls began their professional career in 2004 as a Programmer at Calvin College. In 2005, they took on the role of Public Relations Intern at Hikone City Hall. In 2006, they interned as a Programmer at Gordon Food Service. In 2007, they became a Senior Staff Consultant at Crowe, where they delivered enterprise software systems for institutions. In 2010, they moved to Pillar Technology as a Senior Software Engineer. Finally, in 2011, Justin joined Test Double as the VP of Engineering and later became the Chief Technology Officer. In this position, they helped businesses like GitHub, Zendesk, and Betterment with software engineering capacity and outside expertise.

Justin Searls attended Calvin University, where they earned a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) degree with a double major in Computer Science and Japanese. Prior to that, they attended Saline High School.
