Agnes Shih

Agnes Shih has been a member of the Test Rite family for more than four decades. From when the company was but a small trading firm until today, when it has become one of the top international trade corporations, Shih bears witness to the rise of Test Rite in the Taiwanese trade industry. She single-handedly built the Yangmei Warehouse from the ground up, laying the foundation for the Group’s retail business and transformation from a traditional trading company to a global conglomerate offering all-inclusive solutions.

In 2011, Shih further integrated the Group’s various lines of businesses—house repairs, furniture and decorations, beddings, interior design, and home renovations—to create Taiwan’s first home & lifestyle-themed shopping mall—Dècor Hoüse. Through collaborations with the most representative companies in their respective industries, Dècor Hoüse marks a milestone in the history of Taiwan’s home & lifestyle sector.

With the responsibilities of strategic planning resting on her shoulders, Shih seeks to maintain Test Rite’s competitive advantages in a sustainable manner by passing down her years of experience in business operations and management.
