Dave Growcott

Dave Growcott is an experienced community management professional with a background in local government. Since January 2019, Dave has served as Community Manager at Test Valley Borough Council. Prior to this role, Dave held multiple positions at Oxford City Council from November 2013 to January 2019, including Acting Communities Manager and Locality Officer. Dave also worked as Enforcement Manager at Wiltshire Council from May 2009 to October 2013. Educationally, Dave obtained a BSc in Social Policy and Administration with International Relations from the University of Plymouth between 1998 and 2001.
