Jennie Pell

Jennie Pell is an experienced Economic Development Manager currently employed at Test Valley Borough Council since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jennie served as a Sector Specialist in Clean Growth at Enterprise M3, where responsibilities included developing future Clean Growth policy direction along with managing ERDF projects.
