Chris Flint

Chris Flint has over 18 years of work experience in the hospitality and software industry. Chris began their career in 2002 as a Bar Manager for Festival Inns. Chris then moved to Montpeliers (Edinburgh) Ltd. in 2005, where they worked as a Bar Manager/Supervisor/Barman. In 2007, they started their own business, Firewater Bar Consultancy, as Proprietor. In 2011, they took over a lease on a run down cafe in the centre of town, Vittles Cafe, and project managed a refit which secured a profitable resale of the lease. In 2016, they began their career in software development, starting as an Android Developer for iZettle. Chris then studied a 16 week intensive course in object oriented, test driven development at CodeClan. Afterward, they became an Android Developer for Condatis in 2019 and then Lead Software Engineer and Senior Android Mobile App Developer for TestCard.com in 2020.

Chris Flint attended Aberdeen Grammar School from 2001 until present and is currently enrolled at The University of Edinburgh, where they are studying Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
