Rita Jevdokimova

Rita Jevdokimova is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in internal processes and employee support, currently serving as an Internal HR Manager at TestDevLab since August 2020. Rita's responsibilities include managing internal communications, employee training, technical assessments, IT recruitment, and employer branding activities for over 500 employees across multiple locations. Additionally, Rita is a Lecturer at TDL School, focusing on personal development courses, and previously held positions as an HR Assistant at EVRY and Project Manager & HR at Mykoob. Rita holds a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Relations from Latvijas Kultūras akadēmija and has completed an exchange program at the University of Groningen.
