David Bergman

David M. Bergman, PE, is the Manager of the Construction Services Department in Troy and Ann Arbor. With over 30 years’ experience in the engineering consulting industry, Mr. Bergman is able to provide quantitative solutions to a wide range of construction related projects.

His responsibilities include department and project management, report writing, client consultation, staff supervision, senior technical review, department P/L, and business development.

Mr. Bergman is a license Professional Engineer in Michigan and California. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University in Houghton. He is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI). He has published several papers on engineering related topics including several on Earthquake Engineering.
