Tiffany Shoemaker

Tiffany Shoemaker has been working in the technology industry since 2007. Tiffany began their career at American Express, where they held the role of Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer and Site Reliability Engineer. In 2014, they joined Mozilla as a Testing Lead, where they were responsible for defining testing strategies and creating testing plans. Since 2018, they have been the Head of Quality Assurance at testRigor, where they are responsible for analyzing user analytics to create, execute, and maintain behavior-driven test suites.

Tiffany Shoemaker completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Greenwich between 1999 and 2003. Tiffany then went on to obtain their Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Glasgow between 2005 and 2007.
