Bianca Rizo

Bianca Rizo is a skilled research associate specializing in protein science at PROTEROS biostructures GmbH since February 2023. Rizo's academic background includes a Master of Science in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Previous experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Fellow studying the interactions of vascular endothelial growth factors and their receptors, and as an Undergraduate Research Fellow focusing on the use of lipases as biocatalysts. Additionally, Rizo has gained practical experience as an Engineering Intern at Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. and as a Research Assistant at both the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie and UFRJ.
