Jasmine H. has had a varied and successful career in the field of analytics. Jasmine began their career in 2012 as a General Care Representative at T-Mobile, where they fixed over 50 customer issues daily and drove team revenue totals by bringing in over $3000 in sales monthly. In 2014, they were promoted to Customer Resolution Expert, where they produced business intelligence data and polished presentations, highlighting concrete facts, and recommend changes to increase manager productivity. Jasmine then became an Outbound Retention Senior Supervisor (Interim) and a Retention Specialist at T-Mobile, where they restructured company policy, designed and implemented impactful core incentives, and resolved conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements. In 2020, Jasmine moved to Benefitfocus as a Data Analyst, where they investigated and addressed payroll system issues for 9 clients simultaneously, and performed system analysis, documentation, testing, implementation, and user support for platform transitions. Most recently, in 2021, Jasmine began working at The Office People as an MPS Analyst, where they recognized and implemented 3 strategic plans based on accurate readings of device specifications and solid collaboration with project leadership. Additionally, they began working at Tethr as a Speech Analytics Analyst, where they developed 6 client relationships to cement profitable partnerships while presenting oral and written reports on category trends, individual corporations, benchmarking, and entire industries.

Jasmine H. received their High School Diploma from RB Stall in 2010. Jasmine then attended ECPI University from 2013 to 2015, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2016, Jasmine earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from Ashford University. Additionally, Jasmine has obtained certifications in Tethr Insight Builder Certification from Tethr in 2021, Time Management in 2016, Administrative Assitant in 2015, and Excel Specialist.
