Bernardino Brandao

Bernardino Brandao has extensive experience in plant management, especially within Tetra Pak, where since August 2023 serves as Plant Director, overseeing multiple units and managing a significant workforce. Previous roles at Tetra Pak included TPM Integration Manager and Maintenance and Projects Manager, focusing on strategic planning, budget management, and the implementation of LEAN manufacturing practices. Prior to Tetra Pak, Bernardino held various positions at Unilever, including Regional Manager of Manufacturing Excellence for the Americas and Production Coordinator, driving cost reduction projects and managing production lines across multiple countries. Bernardino holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
