Raquel Ferrari Pina

Raquel Ferrari Pina currently serves as a Senior Food Scientist & Accelerator Driver at Tetra Pak, focusing on innovation for food producers across the EMEA region through rapid prototyping of new product concepts. Previously, Raquel worked at Stockeld Dreamery as a Technical Product Developer and Food Scientist, where the focus was on creating next-generation plant-based cheese products. Prior experience includes a Master’s degree student role at Aventure AB, conducting R&D on a baobab beverage, and tutoring first-year master's students in Food Chemistry and Nutrition at Lunds universitet. Additionally, Raquel completed an internship in Food Microbiology at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and held the position of Marketing Manager at Scientia FCUP Junior Enterprise. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Food Technology and Nutrition from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Universidade do Porto.
