Alicia Antakli

Alicia Antakli, MBA, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and candidate experience. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Lead Recruiting Coordinator & Brand Ambassador at TetraScience since July 2021, Alicia previously worked at DraftKings Inc. as a Candidate Experience Specialist and Associate, where expertise was demonstrated in supporting recruiters and enhancing candidate experiences. Alicia’s earlier roles include Recruiting Coordinator at Sanofi Genzyme and Human Resources Coordinator at National Grid, where key responsibilities involved coordination of recruitment processes and training programs. Alicia began career development as a Recruiting Coordinator Intern at Nielsen. Alicia holds an MBA from UMass Boston, along with a Human Resources Management Certificate and a BS in Human Resources from UCAB.
