Matt Hrivnak

Matt Hrivnak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, operational excellence, and lean methodologies. Currently serving as the Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Teufelberger Fiber Rope Corporation since March 2006, Matt has led various quality assurance functions and the implementation of operational excellence systems across North America. Previously, Matt held multiple roles at Teufelberger, including Head of QM; Lean Champion, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing quality assurance initiatives and facilitating continuous improvement strategies. With a solid educational foundation, including an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Matt is also a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. Additionally, experience as a Lean Educator & Consultant and a Manufacturing Engineer has further enriched Matt's expertise in process improvement and quality management.
