Aleksandar Ikonomov

Aleksandar Ikonomov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and transformation initiatives within the pharmaceutical and aviation sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Project Management and PTC Lead for Enterprise Program at Teva Pharmaceuticals since December 2020, Aleksandar previously held the position of Senior Manager of Transformation Projects at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager/Product Owner at Lufthansa Technik Sofia and Senior Advisor in Management Consulting at KPMG. Earlier, Aleksandar worked as a Senior Investments Analyst at SORTIS INVEST. Academically, Aleksandar holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Strategy from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ithaca College, complemented by a high school diploma in Mathematics and English from Sofia High School of Mathematics.
