Emily Cadera

Emily Cadera, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of R&D Operational Excellence & Transformation at Teva Pharmaceuticals, a position held since April 2013, where previous titles include Head of R&D Operational Excellence & Specialty Strategy and Senior Director of Operations & Chief of Staff, R&D. Prior experience includes a role as Research Scientist at Gilead Sciences, where significant contributions involved characterizing potential cancer therapy targets, and as a Scientist at Origen Therapeutics, focusing on developing human sequence antibodies in transgenic chickens. Emily's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Molecular Biology from the University of Washington.
