Kristijan Majerle

Kristijan Majerle is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering maintenance and packaging, currently serving as Associate Director, Global Engineering Maintenance Excellence SME at Teva Pharmaceuticals since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kristijan spent over 14 years at Heineken Hrvatska d.o.o., where responsibilities included Packaging & Maintenance Manager, TPM and Projects Coordinator, and Senior Team Leader Packaging, among other positions. Earlier career experience includes roles at Karlovacka Pivovara d.o.o. as Packaging Administrator and Management Trainee. Kristijan holds an Engineer's degree in Food Technology and Processing from the University of Applied Science and is currently furthering education at the Polytechnic of Karlovac.
