Tal Zorman

Tal Zorman is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in global talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Teva Pharmaceuticals since 2013. Zorman leads various functions, including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership Development, while establishing a global center of expertise to enhance Teva’s human capital in alignment with business objectives. Prior to Teva, Zorman held key roles at Intel Corporation, overseeing learning and development initiatives across Europe. Zorman holds an MBA in Operational Research and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, both from Baruch College.
