Phillip Arroyo M.S., CSP, ASP, CFE, FSCEO serves as the Assistant Fire Chief for the City of Deer Park, Texas since May 2008. Alongside this role, Phillip Arroyo is an instructor for TCFP Fire Recruit at FD Tactics Training LLC and a wage instructor at Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service - TEEX. Since May 2016, Phillip Arroyo has been the Corporate Health, Safety and Environmental Manager at AltairStrickland, LLC, and previously worked as a Corporate HS&E Specialist at Thorpe Specialty Services Corporation from 2011 to 2016. Phillip Arroyo also held the position of Director for the Greater Houston Chapter’s Northern Branch at the American Red Cross from 2008 to 2011.
