Stephen Bjune

Stephen Bjune currently serves as a Medical Service Corps Officer in the US Air Force Reserve since April 2019 and holds the position of Training Manager at Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service since September 2008. In this role, Stephen ensures the operational readiness and training of Texas A&M Task Force 1, focusing on program development, coordination of annual training calendars, and maintaining comprehensive training records. Stephen has also worked as an ESF-9 Coordination Center Project Coordinator, overseeing operational readiness, situational awareness, and communication between deployed units and command leaders. Previous experience includes planning internships with Fort Bend County Office of Emergency Management and the City of Houston, as well as warehouse management at A.J.C. Sports Shop. Stephen Bjune holds an MPA in Emergency Management from Texas A&M University and a BS in Political Science from the University of Houston.
