Daniyal M. Awan

Daniyal M. Awan is the Founder and CEO of 1to1Plans, a company that utilizes a walkable LED floor display for presenting floor plans and construction designs, enabling builders and design professionals to refine their projects before construction and reduce costs. Since 2017, Daniyal has also served as Principal at Plutus21™, an investment firm in Dallas focused on alternative assets. In addition, Daniyal is a Partner at Awan Capital Partners and a member of several industry associations, including the National Association of Home Builders, Texas Association of Builders, and Dallas Builders Association. Daniyal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Business Administration.
