Dale Scott

Dale Scott possesses extensive experience in agricultural regulatory operations, currently serving as the Administrator for Regulatory Field Operations and previously as the Director for Environmental and Biosecurity Programs at the Texas Department of Agriculture since March 2016. Prior roles at the Texas Department of Agriculture include Coordinator for Pesticide Product Evaluation and Registration, as well as Pesticide Product Registration Specialist. Earlier in the career, Dale Scott worked as an Agronomist at Pioneer Hi-Bred Intl Inc and served as Pest Survey Coordinator at the Texas Department of Agriculture. The career began as a Sales Representative at Innovex, focusing on herbicide sales and training. Dale Scott holds a B.S. in Agriculture from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Plant Protection and Integrated Pest Management from West Texas A&M University.
