Andrew Kang

Andrew Kang is an experienced Administrative Law Judge and Attorney with a distinguished career in regulatory compliance and legal proceedings within the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Since November 2012, Andrew has presided over Lemon Law proceedings, managed case evaluations, and developed operational guidelines for administrative staff. Prior experience includes extensive legal work in telecommunications and electric cases, where Andrew supervised hearings and mediated disputes while representing public interests. Andrew's earlier roles in regulatory compliance have equipped him with a strong foundation in law, evidenced by a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
