Matt Sneed

Matt Sneed, P.E., PTOE has extensive experience in the field of traffic technology and transportation engineering. Matt has held various roles at organizations such as the Texas Department of Transportation, North Texas Tollway Authority, City of McKinney, and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Matt'spositions have included roles such as Director of Traffic Technology, Senior Traffic Technology Architect, Assistant Director of Traffic and Incident Management, Transguide Operations Manager, and Traffic Engineer. Matt's career showcases a progression of increasing responsibility and expertise in traffic and transportation management.

Matt Sneed, P.E., PTOE completed their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Texas A&M University from 2001 to 2005. Matt then pursued a Master of Engineering in Transportation Engineering at the same university from 2005 to 2006. Matt also holds certifications as a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer from ITE.
