Ernesto Rausa

Ernesto Rausa is a seasoned Sr. UI/UX Designer at TDECU since May 2023, focusing on enhancing application workflows for membership applications to boost deposit growth through collaboration with cross-functional teams and informed design decisions based on UX research. Previously, Ernesto served as Head Of Design at Servy from July 2015 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the design of mobile web apps and self-service kiosks while integrating global restaurant brands. Ernesto's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Designer at South Hill Communications, LLC, Lead Designer at 1spire, Inc., and Art Director at Blausen Medical, contributing to diverse design projects across print, digital, and branding initiatives. Ernesto holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin.
