Tom Widlowski

Tom Widlowski is an accomplished journalist with over three decades of experience in editorial roles. Currently serving as Associate Editor at Texas Co-op Power since June 2012, Widlowski is responsible for assigning, copyediting, and fact-checking features while managing the online editorial content. Prior to this, Widlowski spent nearly 26 years at the Austin American-Statesman, holding various positions such as Editor/Page Designer for the Editorial Board, Sunday Sports Editor, and Assistant Sports Editor. Widlowski's expertise encompasses award-winning headline writing, graphic design proficiency in Adobe InDesign and InCopy, and extensive experience in sports journalism. Earlier experience includes working as a Sports Copy Editor/Reporter at the San Jose Mercury News. Widlowski holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Northwestern University.
