Prior roles include business loan broker at Net Lending and David Allen Capital, as well as general contractor at Jay Flanders Construction, where residential remodeling services were provided. Jay's career began in real estate, working as an agent and consultant for multiple agencies, alongside foundational experience as an HVAC installer. Jay holds an Associates Degree in Construction Management from Midlands Technical College.
