Rick Scott

Rick Scott is currently the Manager of Training at Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies, where Rick has been working since May 1999. Prior to this role, Rick held positions such as Senior Training and Development Specialist and Commercial Underwriter. Rick also worked as a Marketing Assistant at NEST: Living History Productions from 1992 to 1993. Rick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Baylor University, where Rick graduated in 1986. Rick attended Midway High School from 1978 to 1982. In their current role, Rick manages training staff, agent training, and county secretary training, while also overseeing the training budget and coordinating training activities with other departments within the Texas Farm Bureau and Affiliated Companies.
