Melanie Zamora has extensive experience in the gas service industry, currently serving as a Volume Control Analyst II at Texas Gas Service since October 2012. Melanie is responsible for preparing and monitoring daily and monthly scheduling, managing allocations and confirmations, and addressing volume discrepancies and capacity issues. Previously, as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at the same company, Melanie focused on research and interpretation of pipeline safety rules, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Prior to Texas Gas Service, Melanie held roles at Kohl's as a Rotational Coordinator, leading a team of associates, and at AT&T Mobility as a Floor Manager, where coaching on sales techniques was a key responsibility.
