Ivan Duran has extensive experience in leadership and management within the food service industry, currently serving as a Restaurateur Certified Trained Service Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill since April 2020 and also working at Texas HBSA since August 2021. At Chipotle, responsibilities include cultivating a positive business culture, training management staff, ensuring compliance with food safety procedures, auditing cash handling processes, recruiting high-performing employees, and conducting performance evaluations. Prior experience as an Ambassador at College Forward involved mentoring high school students, enhancing their leadership skills, and facilitating presentations on college preparedness. Ivan Duran earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2023, following an Associate's degree in Finance from Austin Community College in 2020.
