Mj-Lel Leahna Ennis

Leahna Ennis has over 10 years of experience in human resources. Leahna is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Texas Hydraulics, Inc. Prior to this, they held the same position at MooreCo Inc. from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they implemented best practices, ensured compliance, and aligned HR strategies with business goals. Leahna also conducted employee surveys to gauge their opinions on various aspects of the company. Before joining MooreCo Inc., Leahna was a Human Resources Manager at L3 Aerospace Systems from 2016 to 2018. Leahna led a team and was responsible for planning and conducting reductions in force, as well as developing strategic plans for staffing. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Senior HR Generalist at L3 Technologies, where they provided expert guidance on staffing and conducted compensation analyses.

Leahna Ennis holds a Master's degree in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Prior to their Master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

In addition to their formal education, Leahna Ennis has obtained several certifications. Leahna obtained a Master of Jurisprudence certification from Tulane University Law School in August 2023, along with an RYT200 certification from the International Sports Sciences Association in the same month. In May 2023, they obtained membership in the SHRM Executive Network. Furthermore, in November 2017, they obtained a certification as a Leadership Development & Succession Strategist from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Lastly, they earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in January 2014.
