Abby Merriman

Abby Merriman is a skilled accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and oversight. Currently serving as a Staff Accountant at Texas Institute for Surgery since March 2023, Abby previously held the position of Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant at Huntsville Memorial Hospital from July 2018 to March 2023. Abby also contributed as an Alumni Financial Advisor for Delta Zeta-Zeta Psi Sorority, where significant achievements included mitigating financial risk and ensuring successful audits. Additionally, Abby served as a Graduate Assistant at Stephen F. Austin State University, teaching business law and enhancing student performance through tailored coursework. Abby holds a Master's degree in Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
