Randy Gebhardt

Randy Gebhardt serves as the Dry Etch Senior Manager for the Process Development Team at Texas Instruments since October 2021. Prior to this role, Randy held senior management positions at Micron Technology, leading Dry Etch 3D Xpoint development and supporting advancements across N and N+1 nodes. At IM Flash, Randy was instrumental in the creation of an Alpha Technology team and oversaw technology transfers and process improvements to ensure manufacturing readiness. Randy's expertise encompasses capacity improvement, defect tracking, and engineering mentorship, underpinned by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
