Sattie Peinado

Sattie Peinado (Cruz) currently serves as a Property Claims Specialist at the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool since October 2023. Previously, Sattie held multiple roles at PunchListUSA, including Learning and Development Specialist and Vendor Manager, where responsibilities included analyzing training requests and managing vendor relationships. Prior to this, Sattie worked at Zillow as a Renovation Superintendent and Renovations Estimator, conducting property assessments and creating renovation scopes. Experience also includes roles at Farmers Insurance as a Field Property Claims Adjuster and Help Desk Analyst, and customer service positions at HEB. Sattie completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Texas State University in December 2015.
