Curtis Billings

Curtis Billings serves as the North Texas Field Representative for the Texas Municipal Police Association since June 2021 and has held the position of Senior Patrol Sergeant at Forney Police Department since August 2014, where responsibilities include crime prevention and serving as a SWAT operator/team leader. Billings is the owner of BZz Building Services & Consulting since January 2019 and previously worked at Kaufman County Sheriff's Department from 2007 to 2014 in various roles, including Deputy Sheriff and Corporal/Shift Supervisor for courthouse security operations. With over 3,000 hours of training in law enforcement, educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Victim Studies/CJ from Sam Houston State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from Trinity Valley Community College. Additionally, Billings has experience as a Site Supervisor and Heavy Equipment Operator at Billings Plumbing from 2003 to 2013.
