Blake Skiles, NIGP-CPP, CPPB, CPPM, CPP, CPC, has a wealth of experience in procurement and purchasing roles, working for various organizations such as the City of Rosenberg, National Procurement Institute, Inc., Texas Public Purchasing Association, Williamson County, Dixie Paper Company Inc., and Henderson County. Currently serving as the Procurement Manager and Purchasing Agent at the City of Rosenberg, Blake also holds multiple leadership roles within National Procurement Institute, Inc. and Texas Public Purchasing Association. With a Bachelor of Legal Studies in Law from Post University, Blake continues to excel in the field of procurement.
