Matt Dobecka

Matthew Dobecka, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, CPPB, CPCP, currently serves as a Board Member for the Texas Public Purchasing Association since January 2023. Matthew has extensive experience as a Purchasing Analyst at Collin County, a position held since November 1998. Matthew completed education at Mckinney High School with an Advanced diploma with Honors from August 1990 to May 1994.
