Joshua Thomas

Joshua Thomas is an accomplished professional in the medical and research fields, currently serving as a Clinical Orthopaedic Research Assistant at Scottish Rite for Children since June 2023. Previous roles include ER Technician at Legacy ER & Urgent Care and Emergency Medical Technician at Texas Elite Medical. Joshua has also gained valuable research experience as a Research Intern at Nanoscope Technologies and as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Gassensmith Lab. Early career efforts included work as a COVID-19 Medical Screener at WellHealth and a Student Researcher in the Welch Summer Scholar Program. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from The University of Texas at Dallas, awarded in May 2023, and a high school diploma from Keller High School, completed in 2019.
