Delilah Gonzales, Ed.D, has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and educational institutions. Delilah'smost recent role was as the Executive Director of the Emerging Learners Literacy Foundation since April 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Field Experience and Clinical Practice at Texas Southern University from August 2015 onwards. Delilah also worked as a Professional Development Consultant for the National Literacy Professional Development Consortium starting in 2003. Delilah served as an Assistant Professor at LeMoyne-Owen College from July 2008 until July 2015, during which they also took on the role of NCATE coordinator from January 2008 to July 2015.
Delilah Gonzales, Ed.D completed their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership- Reading at The University of Memphis in 2013. Prior to that, they earned their M.Ed in Instruction and Curriculum from The University of Memphis in 2003. In 1992, they obtained their B.S.Ed. in Early Childhood from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
