Anca Ion Cfa

Anca Ion, CFA has extensive experience in the finance industry. Anca Ion began their career at Vanguard as a Trader from 2000 to 2003. Anca Ion then moved on to Achmea where they served as an Investment Officer from 2003 to 2005. Anca Ion joined Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company in 2005 and has held various roles within the organization. Anca Ion started as a Fixed Income Trader from 2005 to 2009, then progressed to become a Portfolio Manager from 2009 to 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Deputy Director of Internal Investments, and from 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Head of Internal Investments and Deputy CIO.
