Neelam Baxi

Neelam Baxi holds multiple professional designations including SHRM-CP and PSM I, and currently serves as the VP of Membership for the IIBA Austin Chapter since January 2024. Neelam has extensive experience in various roles at Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company, progressing from Business Analyst III to Systems Analyst VII, starting in August 2020. Previous positions include Treasurer at WilcoHR, Human Resources Information System Analyst at Visa, and Lead Analyst at Infosys, among others. Neelam's educational background includes a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, both from the University of Mumbai, completed between 2004 and 2009.
