Karen Hughes White

Karen Hughes White currently serves as President and CEO of Texas Women's Foundation, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Tri Delta from June 2014 to March 2024, where leadership was provided to a team of over 300 staff and 3,000 volunteers. At St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, from September 2011 to May 2014, the role of Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships involved managing a team dedicated to building strategic partnerships. Before that, as Managing Director, Sponsorship and Sports Properties at Susan G. Komen for the Cure from December 2006 to August 2011, oversight of major fundraising events was conducted, generating significant revenue. Karen's career began with the establishment of Karen Hughes White Communications, which included publishing a successful home and garden magazine from 2004 to 2008. Educationally, Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Georgia.
