Keidre Adams

Keidre Adams has over two decades of experience in operational management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Texas811 since July 2003. In this role, Keidre focuses on improving operational systems and processes to enhance management reporting and organizational planning, as well as increasing the effectiveness of Damage Prevention Agents. Previously, Keidre held various positions at AT&T, including Director of Operations, Damage Prevention Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative. Keidre holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University, obtained in December 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Women's Studies and Business from the same institution. Additional educational achievements include an Associate's Degree in Arts and Social Science from Richland Community College and early education at Southern University at Shreveport and Northeast Senior High in Kansas City, Missouri.
