Kaitlynn Crossno has over 13 years of work experience in various roles. In 2021, they began working as a Sales Engineer for Textel. From 2019 to 2021, they worked for HPA, A Cognizant Company as a Client Relationship Manager and Software Engineer. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a .NET Engineer for National Seating & Mobility. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Application Developer for Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In 2015, they worked as a Software Engineer for Cognizant. From 2014 to 2015, they worked for Vanderbilt University as a Senior Technical Support Specialist and Network Services Technician. From 2008 to 2013, they worked for the US Army as a Cable/Antenna Installer/Maintainer and Signal Systems Support Specialist. In 2013, they also worked as a Contractor for both Naxos of America and Cybera Inc.

Kaitlynn Crossno obtained an Associate's Degree in Software Development from ITT Technical Institute-Nashville between 2013 and 2015. Kaitlynn has since obtained three additional certifications: CIW User Interface Designer from CIWcertified in August 2017, CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA in May 2017, and CompTIA A+ ce from CompTIA in June 2016.
